Services and Rates

I provide psychotherapy in addition to clinical art therapy supervision. Please get in touch to discuss session rates as I am primarily an out-of-network provider. A portion of my caseload is reserved for reduced fee services to ensure accessibility.

Please contact your insurance carrier to find out if you are eligible for out-of-network mental health coverage. Insurance companies will often reimburse clients for sessions if mental health coverage includes “out-of-network” clinicians.  

If you choose to use insurance for out-of-network coverage, I am happy to provide a monthly invoice.  You can check your coverage by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

Does my plan cover LCATS?

What is my deductible, and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

How much does my plan reimburse for out-of-network providers?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?
